Throughout our collaboration, you’ll have access to thorough documentation and frequent product updates to keep track of our work.
Once we’re done you’ll have a design system tested through real product work that leaves your team fully equipped to do this work in the future without us.
Building thoughtful products is why we created Pragmatics in the first place, and we don’t want to compromise on quality to meet unrealistic deadlines. Our minimum level of engagement is 1 quarter (~3 months), though we strongly prefer at least 2 quarters of working together. Less than that amount of time is often difficult to get into a groove and build trust. In that time, we like to design as many prototypes as possible, share and develop ideas openly with you, and run some user tests so we can launch your product confidently.
We’ll deliver 20–30 hours/week of work with these roles (one team member may fulfill multiple roles):
At least 1 senior-level UX researcher
At least 1 senior-level UI designer
At least 1 senior-level brand designer
At least 1 senior-level product manager
At least 1 senior-level content strategist or writer
Up to 2 junior-level designers
The price for our involvement depends on the complexity of the work, the depth of user research you want to achieve, and how well-defined the project is.
